Challenging environment for the Austrian pellet industry
Christian Rakos is the manager of Propellets Austria. He will make a presentation titled: Dealing with pellet shortage and price increase – the case of Austria.
Significant supply shortages and rapidly increasing prices presented a challenging environment for the Austrian pellet industry association.
– Communication activities, the establishment of a pellet hotline for customers and lobbying for a legal storage obligation were some of the measures taken to deal with the situation. The presentation will investigate, how successful have they been and what’s next, says Christian Rakos.
